We were transported to the Arabian desert by the Year 5 and 6 children when they performed "Ali Baba and the Bongo Bandits," a tale of villains and heroes, daring thieves and enchanting magic. The play immersed us in the adventure with Ali Baba and his lively camel, Humphrey.
The children were outstanding, showcasing solo singers, graceful dancers, witty comedians, and dedicated actors . The audience was captivated, savouring every moment. Laughter and joy filled the air, leaving a lasting impression.
This show was a labour of love, brimming with laughter and lively characters. The script was witty and well-timed, and the songs resonated with everyone. The mischievous Genie of the Ketchup added a magical touch, sparking our imaginations with her speedy carpet rides beyond the scopes of the desert.
Thanks to all who contributed, this experience was unforgettable. It was a truely collaborative effort, a symphony of creativity that will stay in our hearts for years.
