Making Waves

On the 25th of May, BNIS were invited to participate in The Brickwoods Swimming Gala. Fifteen of our children participated alongside four other schools, creating a platform for young swimmers to display their talents. Notable moments included the relay performances, where the children demonstrated exceptional skill and coordination.
The BNIS team were very pleased to secure third place overall at the gala, with the girls finishing third and the boys fourth. All participating children were recognised during the week's assembly for their resilience, proudly displaying the medals won during this event.
Beyond the competition, the gala celebrated community and physical development. The event offered participants invaluable experiences, such as learning new techniques, building friendships, and appreciating healthy competition.
