Creche in the Great Outdoors

20th May 2022

Children in Creche benefit from a range of outdoor facilities, allowing them take their learning beyond the four walls of their custom-made classroom. This helps them to develop healthy and active lifestyles, gives them plentiful opportunities for freedom and movement, as well as promoting independence as they customise activities to suit their own interests. Braeburn Nanyuki is synonymous with a love of nature, and with the support of the extensive outdoors area in Early Years, this passion for the environment can be found in even our youngest children.

For children in Creche, one of the most important areas of development is their independence and imagination; exploring outdoor opportunities is one of the best ways of achieving this, be that rolling tyres, swinging on the monkey bars, jumping off stumps, riding a bicycle, ‘digging a river’ in the sandpit or balancing on the balancing beam - children are readying themselves for the next stage in their education.
