Learning Through Play

17th June 2021

Crèche children are constantly making ‘their’ games and playtime more interesting. They have recently worked out a way of making swings by hooking a rope around a tree branch; they then hold on tightly and take a swing!

Outdoor play is often where young children become more creative and innovative. Children have made their own ‘police station’ which they regularly like to clean and mop - not forgetting to clean the police ‘bikes’! Other children have become amazing chefs who make delicious 'meals' for their teachers and mummy as they play in the sandpit. Everyone really loves, and enjoys feeding, our schools pets and therefore remembers to bring in leftovers from home for them. Here are some moments captured on camera. Enjoy!
