Diving into Success

Two weeks ago, our school made a splash at the much anticipated Inter-Braeburn Swimming Gala, competing against eight teams from our sister schools across East Africa. Originally planned for the previous academic year, this exciting event was rescheduled to the first term, with anticipation bubbling over for months. Our children were more than ready to dive in and demonstrate their hard work and dedication in the pool.
The gala was a whirlwind of thrilling races and unforgettable moments. Our talented swimmers snagged an impressive haul of medals with 3 bronze and 1 silver in various individual races! More than just a competition, this event celebrated the incredible talent and unity among the schools. It highlighted the growth of swimming as a sport across the Braeburn network, and Braeburn Nanyuki truly showcased their skills to the fullest.
With their sights set on the next Inter-Braeburn gala, our swimming team is fired up and ready to build on this achievement. This gala was not just about medals; it was a thrilling affirmation of our students’ dedication and a joyous celebration of their accomplishments.
