On Friday 24th January, two hockey teams set off from school Nairobi-bound to take their part in the Brookhouse U13 hockey tournament on Saturday 25th Janury.
The girls team: Elsa, Eshal, Ashya, Virginia, Alice, Anika, Fridah and Bella, played very well but sadly did not make it through the first round.
The boys team: Nicholas, Robin, Rufous, Bundi, Maynuel, Clive, Corey and Dylan took to the field like professionals and fought their way expertly to the final. Taking on Braeside for the second time that day, the boys gave it all they had, but were sadly unable to get the goal they needed. They may feel slightly disappointed they did not win but we are absolutely delighted that they achieved silver position in this tough tournament. We were also bursting with pride when we found out that Robin had also won 'player of the tournament' - a phenomenal accolade!
