IAPS STEAM DAY
14th November 2025
On 14th November, a team of 16 students represented our school at two exciting STEAM events held in Nairobi — one at Banda School and another at Hillcrest School.
During the events, students were grouped with peers from other schools and presented with a series of real-world challenges that required creative problem-solving. Each team was given vouchers to purchase materials needed to design and build their solutions. Their projects were then judged on several key aspects including time and resource management, budgeting, scientific application, creativity, communication, and teamwork.
The day was not only educational but also great fun. Our students thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with new friends, sharing ideas, and learning from one another. It was a truly inspiring and enriching experience, filled with creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
