23rd April 2024
Just as we closed for the April 2024 break, we received the news that our application to become a member of the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) had been successful. This was a fantastic way to start the holiday and is a great recognition of the work we do at Braeburn Nanyuki International School (BNIS).
We have now become the 11th Kenyan school to gain membership to this body, which is a kite-mark of quality within the worldwide independent schools' sector. As an IAPS school, we will now have access to a whole range of opportunites, alongside those already offered to us through our membership of the Kenyan Association of International Schools (KAIS). This will mostly be evident within our access to more sporting events and tournaments, but also through a greater range of opportunites across the curriculum as well as those for staff development.
We are very excited to be able to see the impact on the children of Braeburn Nanyuki of this membership as we now move forward as an IAPS school.
