Last weekend, BNIS children proudly took part in the IAPS Triathlon at Braeburn Garden Estate. The event brought together around 100 young athletes from eight schools, creating an atmosphere of excitement and determination.
In the weeks leading up to the event, our children trained hard—improving their swimming, building endurance for cycling, and strengthening their running skills. Teachers and coaches worked closely with them, refining techniques and boosting confidence.
On the big day, we arrived early to set up and ease any nerves. With last-minute drills and parental support ensuring bikes and equipment were ready, the excitement grew. The energy was high as athletes received their final instructions before the races began.
From start to finish, our children gave their best, showing great effort and resilience. The BNIS community - students, teachers, and parents, cheered enthusiastically, creating a supportive and encouraging environment.
Their dedication paid off, with BNIS earning two podium finishes in the U11 boys’ and girls’ categories. More than the medals, we celebrate the hard work, teamwork, and personal achievements of every participant!
A big thank you to our teachers and parents for their support. We look forward to more great performances in future events!
