Morning Fitness

The time spent learning remotely has resulted in many of the children (and staff!) not being as fit as we usually would be. As we are temporarily restricted to only two sports lessons for each class a week, we are continuing our daily fitness session 3-4 mornings a week. Children in Years 1-4 are exercising each day with Mr Masafu in the quad and the children in Years 5-8 are exercising on the field with Mr Franco. It is a quick 25 minute workout to wake us up and rebuild our stamina. It has been lots of fun so far.
