It has been a wonderful week as we observed the children in FS1 settling into their new class. All the children are adapting to the changes and quickly adjusting to their new routines. They have enjoyed the various learning experiences set up this week, growing more independent and forming friendships while exploring their own feelings and emotions.
We witnessed the bustling activity of little hands and feet throughout the Early Years, as they moved from one room to another, eager to learn new and exciting things every day. Using their tiny hands, the children explored the sandpit, deriving enjoyment from digging with their fingers.
They visited the pet area, where they were delighted in feeding the school's animals and also observing the chameleons' camouflage abilities. The water station also captured the attention of most children and they enjoyed their water play session.
They have displayed a passion for listening to stories, songs and rhymes while at school. We eagerly anticipate more nurturing experiences as we play and learn together.
