Pyjamarama Book Donation

17th June 2021

Just before half-term, BNIS students donated children’s books on Pyjamarama Day in return for being able to wear their PJs all day. They collected hundreds of books and each student was able to stick in a little donation slip with their first name on the inside. On Thursday, 17th June, our Head Boy, Clive and Head Girl, Lali helped Mrs Mackay to deliver the books to Laikipia County Community Library. they were graciously received and the library were very grateful for the generous donation. We later found that, surprisingly many of the school had not even known that the library was there, but everyone has been encouraged to now start to using it and to see if they can find the book they donated. Thank you all to everyone for the support in making this fabulous donation possible!
