Last Saturday, 15 boys proudly represented our school at the IAPS U11 and U13 Tournament at Peponi School. Despite having fewer players than needed, they showed great effort and enthusiasm in every game. Each team played four matches in the first round, improving with every match and supporting each other throughout.
Although our teams did not reach the knockout stages, their hard work and dedication stood out. A proud moment came when both our U11 and U13 goalkeepers were named the Best Goalkeepers of the Tournament, an incredible achievement recognising their focus and self-belief. Additionally, three of our U13 players were selected for the U13 regional matches, joining teams from St. Andrew’s Turi and Pembroke House to compete against Nairobi East and Nairobi West.
We appreciate our teachers and coaches for preparing the teams and the parents for their support. The boys played with great spirit and respect, making us all proud. Well done, team BNIS!
