The BNIS Dragon Award is off to an inspiring start, with children across Years 4 to 8 already setting exciting and challenging goals in their journey to becoming Dragons.
In the Community area, students have shown incredible creativity, planning activities such as bake sales to raise funds for local charities and orphanages. The spirit of teamwork and giving back is shining through!
In Skills, children are exploring their passions and pushing their limits. From learning new musical instruments to perfecting a recipe in the kitchen, their enthusiasm for discovering and mastering something new is truly inspiring.
The Physical goals are equally impressive, with students training to run longer distances, completing triathlons, and even taking up yoga to build balance and focus. Their commitment to staying active is remarkable!
For Expedition, our young adventurers are planning nature hikes, mastering map-reading, and dreaming of overnight camping trips. These experiences will help them build resilience and confidence while exploring the world around them.
We can’t wait to celebrate the achievements of our first award recipients during a special assembly later this term. The embroidered badges and certificates will serve as a proud reminder of their hard work and determination.
The Dragon Award is already igniting excitement throughout the school, and we’re looking forward to seeing more creative and ambitious goals as the year progresses!
Thank you for supporting your children in this journey - we’re so proud of our young Dragons!
