Verse Speakers

BNIS entered three students into The Nairobi Academy Inter-School Verse Speaking Competition on Saturday 25th January. Maisie (Under 8), Anna (Under 10) and Lali (Under 12) each did an excellent job, standing up and confidently delivering their poems. Three judges (including Virginia Clay, author of Warrior Boy!) selected the winners. The competition was tough, and although they did not win, our girls still had lots of fun and learned a lot. Well done, girls, you made us proud!
