Our Head Pupils - Anna and Adrien eagerly stepped into the world of leadership at the COBIS Global Social Leadership course (GSL) a couple weeks ago. GSL is an international program, where children from all around the World learn about leadership, socialise with people from diverse cultures and are shown how to make a positive impact on the World.
During the 3-day course they learned about resilience, well-being, how to tackle challenges and how to put your ideas into action. They even talked to 3-time Olympian rower and diplomat, Catherine Bishop.
After the course, they were challenged to raise funds or awareness about a cause they are passionate about within 30 days. Anna will be raising money for the Reteti elephant orphanage because she feels passionate about saving animals' lives and stopping poaching; Adrien, following in his dad's footsteps, will be supporting Rhino Ark.
