The Independent Association of Prep Schools

The Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) is a schools association with around 650 of the world’s leading prep schools in membership. Schools must reach a very high standard to be eligible for membership, with strict criteria on teaching a broad curriculum, maintaining excellent standards of pastoral care and keeping staff members’ professional development training up to date.

GL Education Assessment Excellence

GL Education is focused on improving student outcomes through better assessment. As a full accredited Centre of Assessment Excellence, you will work with GL Education to use our assessments to gain a complete understanding of each individual learner’s needs including attitude, ability and attainment. This allows teachers to make informed teaching and learning decisions and to track progress effectively over time. It also provides evidence of progress to external accreditation bodies and key stakeholders such as parents, school owners and governors.

Independent Schools Inspectorate

The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) is an approved independent inspectorate of British Schools Overseas (BSO). The ISI inspects and monitors the educational, boarding care and early years provision of association independent schools against set standards and publishing reliable objective reports.

The ISI promotes compliance in the independent education sector through publication of extensive guidance and regular advice and updates. The ISI's mission is to ensure children and young people in independent schools stay safe and receive high quality, effective education and to encourage schools to improve, through the provision of world-leading, evidence-based inspection and improvement.

Council of British International Schools

Council of British International Schools is a membership organisation serving the needs of International Schools offering a broadly British-based curriculum and educational experience. Membership is only granted to schools that meet predetermined standards.

The Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA) is one of a handful of associations offering dedicated professional training, leadership support and growth, effective governance, school improvement, child protection and student support for internationally accredited schools in Africa.

AISA is dedicated to transforming student Learning by Leading and supporting strategic thinking, Professional growth and school effectiveness. It is AISA's objective to support professional growth of school leaders and educators, develop and implement strategic thinking and planning in member schools, and increase the effectiveness of schools.
