All Braeburn Nanyuki International School staff are committed to safeguarding the welfare of the children at our school. Our policies are below.

As a school, we operate an open door policy and we are very keen for parents to speak to us freely if they have any feedback or a concern. If discussions do not address the issue satisfactorily, parents are encouraged to raise a written, formal communication with the school. During:

  • the 2021-22 academic year, the school received and responded to one formal Stage 2 complaint and no Stage 3 complaints
  • the 2022-23 academic year, the school received and responded to no formal Stage 2 or 3 complaints
